2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

• Starter Plan: 50,000 credits monthly, $4.99/month, unlimited usage
• Growth Plan: 200,000 credits monthly, $14.99/month, 50% rollover
• Scale Plan: 500,000 credits monthly, $29.99/month, API access

4.2 Credit Usage

• Credits are consumed based on AI tool complexity and usage
• Simple tools: 50-100 credits
• Medium tools: 100-250 credits
• Heavy tools: 300-500 credits
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period (except Growth/Scale with rollover)

4.3 Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through our payment system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Additional credit packs available for Starter, Growth, and Scale subscribers only
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.4 Free Trial and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. These offers are subject to additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for legitimate business, educational, and personal purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." While you own the output, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be unique to you
• Similar content may be generated for other users
• You are responsible for verifying accuracy and originality
• We do not guarantee the content is free from intellectual property claims

6.4 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at hi@asktodo.ai with a DMCA takedown notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKTODO.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect Damages: Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

9.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

This limitation does not apply to:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Violations of applicable law that cannot be limited

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AskToDo.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you create, share, or distribute using our Service
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription (billing continues until end of current period)

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Pose a security risk to our Service or other users

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
