Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using asktodo.ai, you agree to these legally binding terms.
Last updated: May 18, 2026 | Effective Date: May 18, 2026
By accessing, browsing, or using asktodo.ai (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and asktodo.ai. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Service.
asktodo.ai is an AI-powered productivity platform. The Service includes (but is not limited to):
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, security incidents, or technical issues without prior notice where impractical.
To use most features you must create an account via Supabase Auth, signing in with email + password, Google OAuth, or GitHub OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it up to date.
You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible after 30 days — see the Privacy Policy, Section 8.
The Service operates on a credit-based monthly billing model. Credits are deducted from your balance when you use AI tools. The number of credits a single use consumes depends on input length, file uploads, output length, complexity, and tool tier. The current credit costs for each tool are displayed inside the tool before you confirm.
We offer one free plan with a fixed monthly allowance plus several paid tiers with progressively larger credit allowances, lower per-credit cost, and additional features (such as partial credit rollover). The names, prices, and credit allowances of the paid tiers are shown at /pricing and may change from time to time. By subscribing you accept the plan as shown on the checkout screen.
Payments are processed by Razorpay as the merchant of record. Razorpay exposes multiple payment methods, including cards, UPI, net-banking, and PayPal — you choose the method at checkout. We do not store raw card or bank account details ourselves. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
Your subscription is set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. We will send a renewal receipt to your registered email after every successful charge.
If we change prices for an existing paid tier, we will give registered subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the new price you may cancel before the next renewal.
All sales are final. Because you receive a generous free credit allowance to evaluate the Service before paying, by upgrading you expressly acknowledge that the digital service is being delivered immediately, and you waive any cooling-off right to the extent permitted by law (including EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m) and equivalents). Exceptional refund cases (billing error, duplicate charge, prolonged outage) are handled per our Refund Policy.
The outreach platform lets you connect your own Gmail account (via Google OAuth) or any custom SMTP server, upload contact lists, build campaigns, and send messages directly through your connected account. asktodo.ai does not relay messages through any third-party Email Service Provider on your behalf.
By uploading any contact list, CSV, or pasted set of recipient details into the Service, you explicitly warrant and represent that:
asktodo.ai is a networking and outreach platform. If you use it to send any commercial, marketing, business-development, or cold-outreach email, you are legally required — in almost every jurisdiction in the world — to include in every message you send:
This is required by, among other regimes:
What this means for you in practical terms:
Consequences of non-compliance: If we detect campaigns being sent without proper sender identification and physical address, we reserve the right to pause the campaign, suspend your sending privileges, and in repeated cases terminate your account. Regulatory fines, lawsuits, or enforcement actions arising from your non-compliance are your sole responsibility under Section 13 (Indemnification).
If you enable open-tracking pixels or click-tracking links on a campaign, you are responsible for disclosing this to recipients where the law requires it. Several EU jurisdictions and consumer-protection regulators consider undisclosed pixel tracking to require prior consent. We recommend including a clear notice in your campaign footer.
You may not use the outreach platform to:
Your connected Gmail or SMTP account is provided to you by Google or your SMTP host respectively, under their own terms. asktodo.ai is not liable if Google, your SMTP host, or any inbox provider rate-limits, suspends, or terminates your sending account because of the campaigns you send. You are responsible for staying within the sending limits of your own account.
To protect the Service for all users, asktodo.ai implements:
You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer any of these protections, and not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as part of a coordinated disclosure invited in writing by us.
You may use the Service for legitimate personal, business, educational, and creative purposes in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms. Automated systems may flag content for review; human review may follow.
Violations may result in warnings, throttling, temporary suspension, permanent termination, revocation of API or OAuth access, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
You retain ownership of content you submit and content the AI generates for you. You grant asktodo.ai only the limited, worldwide, royalty-free license needed to:
We do not use your inputs or generated outputs to train any AI model — ours or any third party's. The license you grant is operational only.
The asktodo.ai brand, software, UI, copy, prompts, internal workflows, documentation, and proprietary methods remain our exclusive intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in them other than the right to use the Service.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content:
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please email hi@asktodo.ai with: the work claimed to be infringed, the location (URL) of the infringing material, your contact details, your good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and your signature (electronic acceptable).
When you connect a Gmail account via OAuth, you authorize asktodo.ai to send messages on your behalf using the minimum scope necessary. We do not read your inbox.
asktodo.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For custom SMTP, you provide credentials that we encrypt and use only to establish authenticated SMTP connections to send your messages. You can disconnect either type of account at any time from Dashboard → Email Outreach → Accounts; on disconnect we revoke the stored token / credentials.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the processing described there, including processing of your inputs by the AI inference subprocessor (Groq), processing of payment data by Razorpay, and the limited use of Gmail data described in Section 9.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. asktodo.ai is not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, doctor, accountant, or other professional advisor. You assume full responsibility for verifying and using AI output.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, asktodo.ai AND ITS OFFICERS, DEVELOPERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims, in contract or in tort, in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
The above limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death / personal injury caused by gross negligence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless asktodo.ai, its operators, developers, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
asktodo.ai is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, infrastructure outages, third-party provider failures (Supabase, Razorpay, Groq, Google, or any upstream network), denial-of-service attacks, or labour disputes.
You may terminate your account at any time by (a) deleting it from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account, or (b) cancelling your subscription from Dashboard → Billing (billing continues until end of the current period; account remains usable on the free plan until you delete it).
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you:
We reserve the right to delete accounts that remain inactive for 24 or more consecutive months, following a warning email and a minimum 30-day grace period. See Privacy Policy Section 9.
Before filing any formal dispute, please contact us at hi@asktodo.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. We will respond within 30 days.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version, change the “Last updated” date, and for material changes notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and asktodo.ai concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
